All About Pho

"This is the best pho I’ve had in both LA and OC. Everything is good to be honest. The vibe is very Vietnamese. All the decor gives out local eats feeling in a local restaurant in Asia. I got the best seller pho. The broth is very delicious. They give generous protein and there are different parts. The thin noodles are also fresh. It’s UNLIMITED noodles if you dine in. They said they wanted us to finished the broth (because it’s so good). I love this generosity - but it’s really worth drinking all the broth! No MSG so you won’t feel thirsty. The starter, bone marrow, is very delicious. The marrow is grilled perfectly. It’s served with bread. Putting the bone marrow onto the bread and eating them together is very delicious. I also had the coconut matcha for drink. It’s also very good. It feels coconuty and they use Japanese matcha. Very impressive! Parking was quite limited in the parking lot because it’s next to the train station. There are street parking spaces on the other side of the restaurant."

"So glad this spot opened up! Pho and all appetizer dishes were delicious. - Starters: Naked Eggs was soo good. Comes with hot bread that you can dip or spread the egg on. Fish sauce fries was also delicious! Shoe string fries in a slightly sticky fish sauce. - Pho: Pho xe lua was very generous with meat!! The short rib and sliced beef slices were super tender. They don't have any vegan options, but they have a vegetarian Pho (Pho rau dau hu, with tofu & veggies) in a meat broth. Would recommend both dishes, and get the pickles onions on the side! - Drinks: Recommend the Matcha Coconut! Interior vibe was nice, and service was good. They tend to get busy and could have a wait. We came around 2pm for late lunch and waited around 10m."

"I had an exceptional dining experience at this place! Their pho broth is hands down the best - it's clear, flavorful, and a big plus, no MSG! The garlic chicken wings with three different sauces were a delight, and the fish sauce fries were downright addicting. The Vietnamese coffee was wonderfully smooth and milky. I absolutely loved it all. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious dishes. Highly recommended!"

"The pho here is so good! The place is super cute and there's a little robot that delivers some of the food. The broth is so flavorful and the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. Will definitely be back! Also ordered the egg rolls and I loved how chunky the filling was."
