"Worst Itan I’ve ever been to. The beds are very old, broken and dirty I took photos of the broken pieces and dust, dirt, hair and whatever else that accumulates in them and just stays there. I don’t think the beds or bulbs have ever been replaced so you don’t get much of a tan from them anyway. Whoever the owner is is really cheap! Absolutely horrible and they put me in an unsanitized bed. DO BETTER."

"Not very pleased. Took forever to get the computer at the salon to process my payment and when I finally got to the booth, the door on the four step spray tan booth didn’t work so she had to switch me to a two step booth (front and back position only) and my inner thighs and calves got like ZERO tan. I stood correctly and I am quite thin so it’s not a matter of me. Definitely do the four step if you get a spray tan here. And give extra time for breakdowns of computer and booth. That being said, the girl who helped me was very sweet and apologetic and was doing her best with the equipment she had."

"Don’t go there!! Worst tan salon I have ever experienced! Horrible customer service, employees just Outwardly lying. They just want to take your $ and get you out of their way. They sell things to sell (lotions are over priced) and not caring if what they are selling is the right thing for you. I bought a lotion in a hurry bc a line of people came into store. I immediately didn’t feel good about my purchase so I asked if I may return it after the line went through. I looked up the lotion qualities compared to the one I was looking for in the first place and they were very different. I felt like was getting bamboozled so I asked for a refund. The gal signed with great discuss took the lotion from me and called the manager. She stated I would get a refund the next day when a manager came in, kept the lotion bottle, and when I asked how I would have proof of this happening she just told me she wrote a note and then proceeded to ignore me. It was a very strange encounter to me. I left. I ended up calling every week for a month straight w no return call. I finally got ahold of someone yesterday telling me my story didn’t line up with the desk gal and that they don’t refund… only store credit and I live in Alaska so no way of benefiting… and they got to sell that lotion to someone else… didn’t believe my story… I was so dismayed. It’s a franchise shop. I could have taken the lotion if I knew that I wasn’t going to get a refund or if I would have to call week(sometimes 2x a week) for a month! Not professional and makes me so disgusted. Those lotions are over $100! And NOT worth it!!! Nor is their customer service."

"This location in pacific beach needs soooo much work. The beds are so old and dirty and dusty it's disgusting. Who knows when or if they change their bulbs at the proper time. Tanning bulbs have a certain amount of hours of use, and when reached they will no longer tan as well. Some of the beds I've been in have dead, dimmed, and flickering bulbs. The manager has terrible customer service skills. Only reason I continue to tan here is because it's literally the only tanning close to me."
