"I ordered online. So.... The food was perfect this time around!!! With one exception I asked them in the special instructions area online to please cook my pizza well done....., but it still came soft and floppy. If it was cooked well done it would have stood straight while I ate it with no slack in the bottom crust. I'm very food critical!!!! Temperature was near perfect, I'm sure the only way it'd be hotter is if they used a heated source with power for delivery... Toppings where almost even threw out the pizza. Also gotta add though I did get extra cheese and that also attributed to my soft crust but that's because it was not cooked well done lol! Also spendy for a large 5 topping pizza with stuffed crust and extra cheese mind you these two cost $2.50 eatra lol, the stuffed crust and extra cheese. Delivery driver was very friendly!!"

"I ordered 2- 8 piece Buffalo mild wings and received hot Buffalo wings. I also ordered the new cheese sticks which was so over cooked you couldn't even tell there was cheese on it. I called to complain to the manager and he said he was out of mild Buffalo sauce and there was nothing he could do about it. I said he could have canceled my order or called me to see what else I wanted. I told him that I have been in customer service for 20+ years and he said good for you and then hung up on me. By far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I am done with Pizza Hut. PERIOD"

"A warning to anyone who orders curbside pickup. The people at this location hates it. I was inside waiting on my order, while 3 of the employees complained and made fun about the man outside who was waiting patiently in his vehicle for his order. I bet u one of those employee was the manager. There was a older lady and two younger male. His order was already ready and they just laughed and joke to each other who should bring it out, and talked about how they were nobody slave and how they should get a tip if one should go. They cursed and swear at how curbside pickup was stupid and how it should be removed. As a paying customer, I was so uncomfortable at that moment. If you order curbside pickup, be ready for anything."

"Wife and I experienced the "BIG Dinner Box" meal that was an online delivery. We are not big eaters but it looked really good on the pizza hut commercial. Well, for two people it's huge. (More like the size of the Titanic - Recommend 3-4 people) However, everything was hot and fresh. The leftovers were good the next day. Even the chicken wings (bone out) were very good."
