"Placed an order over the phone for takeout, went to pick it up and they didn't have any order for me. They verified that I called the right location, no one knows who took my order. But that being said, the kitchen staff got a new order in, I don't think I had to wait even 5 minutes longer than I expected."

"Their deep dish pizza is just a thin crust with crust-like sides. Not good and do not recommend."

"Called the store 50 minutes ahead of time to place an order since I was going to be on my way through town. They told me they could not do a timed order and they were running about 20 minutes. So hung up and waited 20 minutes and placed a order got to the restaurant 20 minutes later. Waited another 20 minutes for my pizza. While I was waiting, three different staff members worked the counter and all asked who I was. There is no organization and nobody seemed to know what and was up. When I ordered I had asked a extra sauce. After I finally got my order I grabbed it. Got home. Had no exercise. I had asked for a full order and paid for a full order of cheese bread and got a half order. Was not an impressed with the service at all. Pizza may be good but for the price they charge for it versus their competitors They should provide excellent customer service and it's just not there. Tried to get a hold of them on the phone and speak to a manager and was never connected to one and waited forever. I will not order pizza from this venue again."

"Great hot sub! The half is really big, and the ingredients , meats, and soft bun were awesome! Great price and also on the lunch specials. Speaking of which, I heard the lasagna was really great. I want to try that next time! The bartender was super nice, too!"

"Saturday 6:30 pm. It was busy. Myself and 2 kids sat down. We waited 15 minutes for menus, 10 more for drink & food order. Finally got drinks 34 minutes after sitting down. Food came out quickly. Pizza was solid, wings were average with food flavor but kind of floppy, I like a crispy skin. Garlic cheesebread was really good and cheap. Calzone was good and huge for the price. Waiting so long just to be acknowledged and served ruined the experience. We watched 2 groups come in sit down and leave after several minutes of waiting."
