"I went to McDonald's after getting off a 12 hour shift at work today First of all the girl at the register didn't know anything about redeeming coupons at check out but also refused to even inquire bout it either just looked at us shrugged and grunted in confusion then cashed my mom out without giving us our discounts then to top it off our fries were ice cold and same with our burgers cheese wasn't even melted my mom ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese but in a quarter pounder box she received a regular cheese burger instead and I ordered a big Mac no onion add tomato but my burger had no lettuce and ended up having onions on it only had 1 burger patty and that's it smfh this is just pathetic"

"Just doing a simple task of adding items to a sandwich shouldn't be rocket science. Instead they'll remove everything but the stuff you want to add, literally removing items like ketchup. This has happened over four times in a row now and is completely unacceptable and frustrating."

"Okay atmosphere it's MCD. I've not eaten McDonald's in probably 10 years. My grandson wanted to grab a double cheeseburger after hockey practice so we went in I had the quarter pounder deluxe it was a sloppy messy burger and really really really really really really really good It's a good job on that one tonight guys then we had three McDoubles that were as good."

"My filet of fish sandwich was actually a crispy chicken filet with cheese and tartar sauce. We were too far down the road to turn around and get a replacement. Check your food B4 you leave this McD's❗"

"Half of my strawberry shake was whip cream and my fish filet looked like it was packed by a 4 year old it was a complete mess. Would like to return to exchange but I tossed instead and thought I would send a review. I won't make that mistake again next time I will bring the items in and demand a refund."
