"I can't testify to their medical competence, but was prompted to write a review as a result of the absolutely horrible customer service we received. I brought my 5-year-old daughter here to get a flu shot in October. We came for a 4:30pm appointment, arriving 5 minutes late as it was hard to locate the office. Yes, it was the end of the day but the day but the receptionist expressed annoyance at us and huffily expressed they could take us. I didn't have our insurance on hand so asked if I could provide my credit card, and then provide the insurance details by phone after the visit. They agreed and, after we received the shot from an older doctor who also seemed annoyed we were there, I was surprised to find they had charged my card $275—even though it was just a flu shot and we were in the doctors office for barely 5 minutes. I called the next day to supply the insurance information and, weeks later, learned I would only be reimbursed $30 since this office had coded it as an office visit. I was never informed this would be the case (what rational person would pay $279 for a flu shot?) and asked the billing office to rectify it — after a long phone call, the billing person said they would start a customer service complaint and I would be contacted. No one contacted me and, upon calling the billing center back, was informed that a customer service complaint would not succeed since I was billed for the service I received—even though they provided a service I never asked for! Horrible, indifferent experience. There are other pediatric clinics in the area -- suggest taking your child anywhere else."

"They have been nothing but spectacular to work with. Always available for questions, kind and easy to schedule appointments if your little one is sick. All docs are great but we love Dr. Del Valle!"

"Dr. Teeple is super sweet but this will be a bad review towards the receptionists and the lady who does the referrals. Do not go here specially if you are hispanic they discriminate you and will always answer your calls in a very rude way as if you are nothing to them its only the San Clemente location they are very rude and its so sad that due to the way they were treating me I have to switch my son to a different Doctor when Dr.Teeple has been seeing him since he was just born."

"We have had great care here. We never have to wait long. Appointments are easy to make and change. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We see Dr. Del Valle and she is excellent. Really great bedside manner, seems to really care about her patients. She listens well and I never feel rushed or pushed into any medical decision. Highly recommend her and this practice."

"Office administration is unorganized; the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are LATE for EVERY appointment; you can expect an average wait of 45 minutes in the lobby and another 20 after they put you in a room. Today, after confirming an appointment over text and receiving confirmation of my appointment, I show up and my appointment had been cancelled without my knowledge. They are short on doctors, and the front desk while fully staffed, can't figure out their systems and appointment schedules! The care isn't the best either. To top it off, the best Dr. they had on staff is also no longer there. Dr. Hackett."
