"The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food was as good as always but we ate in and the food was still served in carry out boxes. We all had water to drink but nobody finished theirs. It was not served with ice and tasted like it came from a bathroom sink. I don’t think we will dine in there again. I am adding to this to share that one of the managers reached out to me after the above review. He was sincerely appreciative of the feedback and took accountability for the issues my family and I had on our last visit. I will probably try the dine in experience again just because I appreciate that kind of leadership and am now curious if anything changed. To be clear, we like Pizza Hut and have done carry out since my review, it’s just the dine in experience that changed"
