"We ordered a large Hot and Spicy Honey Pepperoni Pizza plus the boneless Hot and Spicy Honey Wings. The wings were ok but the pizza on the other hand was a big let down, there was Absolutely no Honey taste whatsoever and the pepperoni tasted like a mild pepperoni cardboard pizza from the store. Big let down and not worth the price. This is not the first let down at this restaurant."
"Honestly, I was not expecting much, good service in chain restaurants has become undesirable, however, the fine people working at the Pine City Pizza Hut were phenomenal! They should train all others. In fact, they were training, I believe, we dined in. Our pizzas were done perfect! Service with a genuine smile! We could hear everybody in the kitchen, the management talked to the others with respect and trained work patience and support. I highly recommend eating here soon."
"These guys are clearly understaffed and super busy around lunchtime. I was there on a Friday, around 1:20 pm. I couldn’t even make an order after being there for like 10 minutes. I could see into part of the back and it looked pretty slow moving back there. I chose to eat elsewhere."
"This location no longer has a buffet or fountain drinks as of COVID 2020. They have carry out that you can sit and eat, but there are no real hosts or servers."
