"NOT impressed. About a month ago went in to get a hat. The Embroidery machine was down. Went back on Monday. The store was close for a store meeting. Once they were back open the staff were not exactly polite they were border line rude. After waiting for over a hour for them to finish the embroidery I left and was told I could come back anytime and pick it up. Went back today to pick it up. I arrived at 11. Their website said they opened at 10. It was still closed. Right at 11 a guy showed up I assume was the manager. He said sorry, I overslept be open in 10 minutes. When he handed me the hat the embroidery wasn't centered, and it wasn't even straight. It was crooked. No plans to EVER go back just recomended that others take their business elsewhere."

"Ordered 6 hats over a month ago. No luck every time I go in they have not been touched. Store is hardly ever open on time or at all. Amazing that this place is even in business. Needs new management asap. Will not be coming back"
