"We broke down at the look out wayside just outside of Mellon. Blew a tire on the camper. My husband got ahold of Russ who said he'd be there within an hour and a half. We sat there with our 3 year old for 2 hours before calling him to see where he was. He wouldn't answer. Never showed up. Never picked up the tires. In that amount of time we could've driven to Ashland ourselves and already had it fixed and back on the road. Thanks for telling a stranded family that they could depend on you and then bailing on them without so much as a phone call or text."
