"Got a follow up call to check in on the work I had done. Really appreciate that. Keep up the good work y'all! Back again for an update. These guys went the extra mile for me today and I really appreciate it. Good work! If you must go to a dealer, this isn't the worst. But it's not the best. Had my truck in three times for the same, dealer only, issue. I believe the main problem is scheduling. I'd call ahead and schedule, they wouldn't touch the truck till I started pushing, so they never had enough time to actually fix the issue. Finally got it fixed, but about a week late. My advice is to spell everything out clearly every time you talk to them and check in frequently. Or take it to another shop if possible. No problems with individual employees, they generally seemed helpful and friendly."

"Corey was my salesman. He went over and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. I live in Los Angeles California. I had him custom order my Kenworth truck. I could have bought from the local dealer in n Los Angeles. But Corey made such a difference in the process. I ended up not having him ship the truck to me. I went to pick it up myself. Again he went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Corey for your help. I Love my truck. Everyone compliments it too."

"Overall the people here are great! Kind and helpful, they work hard to solve and fix the problem. BUT if you have to spend anytime here as a driver waiting for your truck to be fixed, ughhh.. The waiting room they have, well..it reeks like a dirty locker room and doesn't look like it has seen a cleaning, vacuum, dusting or trash taken out in quite some time. The two recliners are old and smell nasty ( old sweat) !! The two chairs are dirty and dusty. Tv stand and magazines are covered in dust and dirt. They do provide a tv to watch which is nice, it has an rca receiver and it's constantly trying to find signal. So, best of luck on watching anything. =( Next time, I will take a walk to Menards."
