"Horrible. If you go on their website they categorize some gear oil as being recommended for Motorhomes, light trucks, etc, namely the 90-140 Sever Gear oil. But then if you go to their vehicle application, it does not list this oil for my application. Contradictory info designed to sell products and do not care about the end user. When queried about this contradictory info there was dead silence on there end and, because i had gone past the 90 return window, My email requesting a return due to THEIR CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION, silence again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AS IS WITH MOST CORPORATE AMERICA, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, JUST MISLEAD THE PUBLIC THEN DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR LIES."

"I have 2 vehicles. One new 2 years old. One 13 years old. Both are kept very well. I changed to amsoil about 1 year ago. Fantastic product ! When I changed oils they ran smoother sounded quite. But that differance that an owner of a vehicle knows happening . Anyway. Blah blah. I LIKE THE OIL!"

"Disclaimer: I'm an employee. I really like the work/life balance at AMSOIL, the people that I work with and the emphasis on quality and customer service. I've been using the products for over 15 years and have never had an oil related problem with any of my vehicles. I've written quite a few reviews and generally prefer not to review businesses with which I am not impressed. I'm proud to give AMSOIL a 5 star review."

"Be VERY aware of this company. They think that because you become a member that they can invite themselves into your personal business. They WILL go snooping around in your eBay and Amazon account. I feel like this violates my privacy. They requested that I take some listings down. I took them down and requested they send my a link to the terms and conditions. They never would send me a link. Something is funny here. I also asked several questions like what's the difference between a preferred customer and dealer. There is actually little difference. They refused to answer any of my questions. That's VERY BAD customer service. How can you tell me that I have to take my eBay posting down, but when I asked for a link to the terms and conditions you refused to let me view it. The last email I got said they just wasn't going to debate it. They NEVER proved me wrong in ANY way! Amsoil if you going to say something have ready proof that the condition exist. I'm not going to believe jabber in a email. Also what about all those other Amsoil listing on eBay. They're MANY of them. Amsoil just picks and chooses who they want to pick on. Amsoil has stupid rules and super bad customer service! They act like I'm selling their products by the case. The items I was actually selling I bought for my personal use. I just found that I didn't need them and didn't want them cluttering my house."
