"I had the unfortunate experience of having to use their services twice in four months, thanks to deer hits. With the first one I had to wait a while to get on their schedule, but Josh did some quick temporary repairs so that my car was quite driveable while I waited. It was well worth the wait! They repaired it to perfection in a timely manner, with great communication all along the way. It was returned to me perfectly detailed, looking like a brand new car. I had the same experience the second time. That time, due to a critical family medical issue, I had to go out of town and Josh worked my car in while I was gone so that I would have a car when I returned, as due to my circumstances I would be gone again for quite a while. They handle all the details in dealing with the insurance company and also have an arrangement with a rental car agency so that a rental car may be picked up onsite. I will never go anywhere else for body work!"
