"We got stranded in Cloquet with a bad transmission. Two dogs, a truckload of belongings, 2 hours from home, and 1 hour from our land. The Ford dealership we found in town couldn't help us. But they did refer us to Cloquet Automotive. We limped our vehicle to them. Bruce was wonderful from the get go. He ran a scan, diagnosed the problem, explained all the different scenarios to us. He spent a lot of his late Friday afternoon with us, and was very much appreciated! We would have loved to have him work on our truck, but the chance of it being warrantied, and the fact that we couldn't get a rental in Cloquet, we ended up getting towed to a Chevy Dealership in Superior. Bruce recommended Eagle Towing. (By the way, they were excellent as well.) The customer service we received from both of them far exceeded our expectations! We are home now, and our truck is in Wisconsin. Could be a while before we see it again. But just had to let everyone know what wonderful service we received from Bruce!"

They towed my car to the Cloquet Automotive the Shop, fixed and repaired my vehicle very quickly. I needed a new alternator. The price was very reasonable. Everyone was very thoughtful and helpful.
