"When my coffee was made wrong, I was told it there was a "new policy" limiting the amount of foam per drink, it was less than a quarter foam. Tho I offered to even pay more, they wouldn't fix it. Highly disappointed. Won't return to this location. I've had this drink made correct many times with zero grief."
"Did some work recently at this location and I found the staff and atmosphere to be very cold and unfriendly. And as I performed my duties, I found they seemed to carry themselves with a rather selfish "I'm better than you" kind of attitude and they didn't seem very accepting of customer requests either. It was almost like this cafe's staff catered only to a specific type and group of people - ie themselves. So as I read the negative reviews of this location when compared to what I witnessed, I am not surprised at all. In fact, its very dissapointing. Plus, it reminds me of why I never go here as a customer in the first place. Its because they take pride in being rude with poor customer service. Yet as I worked, I felt sorry for the shoppers going to and staying there. This place definitely needs a regime and staff change for sure. Try local, think local."
"Drink quality has gone down a bit in recent years with the constant turnover of staff every few months. Frequently, drinks are served with syrup and/or cream all over the outside of the container. They try and be friendly and get to know you but do so in such an overly pushy manner and generally waste time. Gone are the days when you could pull up, order and pull ahead in under a minute, pay, get your item and be on your way in under 5 minutes. Only pertains to the drive-through: They've gotten very slow in the last few years. Took nearly 20 minutes to serve 4 vehicles at 3 pm today. There's always a 3-5 minute wait at the speaker when you pull up and at the window. It's as if no one knows how to multi-task and is only able to do a single task at a time. It's quite annoying when you can see your drink sitting there and no one bothers to even check while they stand against the counter for a while then seem to recall they are at work and suddenly turn around to hand you your drink. I like the location, but the quality of the service and drinks are better at even the Target or Barnes and Noble, which is sad."
"What happened to this Starbucks? It used to be a lively, fun place to go get a coffee between meetings. I visited today and witnessed managers disrespecting their staff to the point of tears. Can’t support an organization that treat their employees so terribly. Do better, Starbucks!"
"What has happened to this Starbucks lately. Drink quality is a huge issue here. I might as well be ordering a cappuccino with how much foam my lattes have on them. Sandwiches hot on the outside, yet disturbingly cold in the middle (gross). I don't know what exactly the management team has been doing here, but from what I can tell, great people have left this store over the past several months. There used to be a guy who worked in the mornings here that could actually engage people in conversation, which I enjoy, and apparently, he left abruptly. Why does it seem that Starbucks all over seem to lose the people that actually get what customer service is all about? A quality product with exceptional customer service. It's not that difficult. I've spent enough time in customer service to know that these types of issues come from the top down. Maybe it's time this store got new management. Go to any other coffee shop over this mess of a store. Just come to find out that another GREAT employee has left this store, and probably more that I haven't gotten to know. What is going on with the management team here where they're driving great staff away?"
