"I got sick after eating here. Br advised: this location is understaffed, undertrained and overworked. They are struggling to fill basic orders. I should have known they are likely to have gross sanitary violations as well. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I went to Panera STARVING and in a rush. I spent 8 dollars on a bagel out of desperation (and an embarrassing lack of variety of bagels) on a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, knowing it would taste like cardboard without it. After they forgot about my bagel we gave a simple reminder. Then tragedy struck… THEY DIDNT GIVE ME CREAM CHEESE. By that time, we had already took off and the line was too long to go back—being we were on a time schedule. So the bagel was as good as Panera itself, USELESS!!!!!"

Ashley and lily go above and beyond to make sure my mornings are always great. Their customer service skills are top notch! I’m always heard and seen and they always have a smile on their face. I think they deserve recognition. I go in so often they know my order and they always pop up to just say hi. I love that! Thank you Panera!"

"First time drive through user here and it went quicker than I thought it would. I wanted a fruit smoothie but decided to try a salad too, I got the peach and blueberry with almond milk smoothie and a strawberry and chicken poppy seed something salad. $21... I was surprised at the cost but it was what I ordered and I should have looked at the price if I was going to care. The staff was polite and helpful and when she handed me my order, I was surprised at how small the smoothie was, oh well it was delicious. The salad was full and it didn't seem like they skimped on the good stuff; lots of strawberries, chicken, pecans, etc. The salad did need something salty and you can add feta for $1 but honestly, it just should have that. In the end THAT particular salad wasn't for me but they have a bunch of others that look good. I will be back to get another baby smoothie and salad for $21 lol."

"I always enjoy my meal at Panera Bread, but when they ask me for a tip just for taking my order I feel completely awkward. Why in the world should I tip you for simply taking my order? Awkward. Anyway, the food is good. The tea is great. Their breads are amazing."
