"The first time I ordered from here I had pretty good food overall. The second time was a not at all impressive. My order took forever to be delivered and I ended up with burnt, cold tenders and cold fries. Very disappointing."

The second time we got the party pack and they weren't great, fries were soggy, didn't get the waffle fries as advertised, didn't get the coleslaw we ordered, and it came in catering containers with too many wasted planted serving utensils.
