"We waited in the drive thru line for over 50 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. When we asked why it was taking so long the window person just asked the manager to come “deal” with us. And all they said was we can request a refund online if we’re not happy. Terrible customer service and clearly the staff have no idea how to make more than one order at a time."

"I am extremely upset. I took my last bit of money. Went to Burger King thinking. That I was gonna get exactly what I needed to in my night with supper. Asked for an original crispy chicken Sandwich with the lettuce on the side and I got a fake chicken Sandwich. That circle not oval with no lettuce in the bag period I'm highly upset. They won't answer the phone so they can accommodate me. And fixes, it's almost closed and I am not happy the worst ever."

"My recent experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order for pickup, but upon arrival, I found the front register closed off with a gate. Despite asking an employee for assistance, they simply informed me that the front register was closed. I then went to the drive-through, only to be told to go inside for my food. The interior was a mess, with food spilt all over the floor. To make matters worse, another employee warned us about the team member managing the dining room, stating they might yell at us for choosing to eat inside. The state of the bathrooms was appalling, with disgusting conditions and racial graffiti. Overall, it was a truly unpleasant visit."
