"20+ minute wait both times I’ve gone, the location next to Menards is delivering it to my car as I park, and usually have triple the customers there. Serious workflow issues at this location."

"Service excellent as always at that particular restaurant. As well as precise timing on the service with the food! Always nice and hot and prepared well always tastes really good and prepared with the proper ingredients never a problem when receiving my meal.. clean environment clean kids area. Clean bathrooms. Environmental was nice and homie and I love that place and will always go back with my kid and enjoy our time spent."

"McDonald’s is starting to get a little ridiculous. From long waits in the drive thru, and I’m talk about 10-15 minutes, to forgetting items in the bag, to rude customer service, to getting stuff missing on a sandwich like onion and pickle, to cold fries, over salted fries, and last but not least the overly priced food items……I can honestly say I am done with it. I’m no longer interested in being a customer. Because it is not convenient, it’s not good quality, and it’s not worth the wait, and it’s especially not worth trying to talk to the service. Four days ago I drove through the drive thru for dinner, as I pulled up, I waited to get someone to say the usual, “Will be using the mobile app.” After a quick “no” I waited and waited til finally someone asked what I would like. I ordered the number 4a. After getting a total I moved up and the line was normal but it wasn’t going anywhere. I noticed the person was on their cell phone texting every few seconds which is fine but to be completely focused on the phone when this line wasn’t going anywhere was completely aggravating. Years ago total customer service time was 3:30 seconds. Now? Who cares. After waiting and waiting I didn’t wait anymore, I got out of line and left. Something has to change, I won’t be back."

"This place is normally pretty good but sometimes I go in the morning and am greeted by a very grumpy employee. I believe it is a manager as they wear the button up and tie. They always mumble at the drive through as if they don't have time to take my order. Today they did not have large lids so they gave me a medium and just kind of shrugged like there wasn't much they could do."
