"Poor customer service."

"My experience is almost always good at this pharmacy. And medication is medication, so the real difference is in staff and personnel. This CVS is off the beaten path a little bit, on PCH, in the heart of Malibu, kind of far from the rest of the city. We so appreciate having this CVS here, and I visit it several times a week… as I know many other locals do, along with the countless tourists who visit us in Malibu on a daily basis. I so appreciate the time and effort it takes the staff to travel and populate this location. And I just want to say thank you for your always bright attitudes and well kept store. Thank you, your efforts do not go unnoticed. And I am more than happy to continue to patronize this business."

"CVS failed to refill my prescription in time and failed to notify me. I ran out and was without my meds for a few days. This was the latest in declining service from CVS. I had been a customer for 40 years. I have decided to move to another pharmacy."
