"Our daughter went to Ms. Iris for a little over 2 years and we highly recommend Mendes Childcare. Ms. Iris has a wealth of experience from her many years in child care. Her love for her profession is obvious in the way she treats the kids and by the fact that so many of the kids really love her. My daughter learned and grew so much and she can't get enough of Ms. Iris's cooking! Ms. Iris also helped us through the potty training process, which was tough and as a new mom I had no idea what to expect. Ms. Iris provides home cooked meals, a fun learning environment, a loving home, she's flexible, and it's affordable! Our daughter is now transitioning to preschool but it's hard to leave because it's been such a great experience, we feel so grateful and lucky to have found Ms. Iris!"
"Our son has been with Ms. Iris since he was 10 months old. After searching for a while and visiting multiple other child care centers, we chose and have stayed with Mendes Family Child Care for many reasons, but most of all because the environment is safe, nurturing and educational. In my experience, many home day cares don't offer an organized learning program, one thing that sets Ms. Iris apart is that she follows a curriculum tailored for each age. Our son comes home every week with worksheets, paintings, handicrafts, etc and it is clear that he is engaged, having fun and learning. He loves Ms. Iris, her family and the other kids and is excited to see them every day."
