"Little ones academy is the dopest little pre school in Lawndale. The staff is so caring and loving towards every child. The staff is very communicative they show interest in making sure each child grows their brain. My daughter comes home everyday talking about the amazing staff and all that she have learned. My child struggled with walking and once she got to little ones they boosted her confidence even more and now she is walking with some much confidence and independence’s . We love little ones academy. If you’re looking for a small loving pre school for your child I highly recommend."
"Posted my reviews on both little one academy for yelp and google. This is what I wrote. The daycare has been great for my daughter’s development, but when it comes to the staff, following court orders, they claim to be neutral but that isn’t the case. Although court orders are in place they still feel the need to consult with the mother ONLY rather than communicating with me the father as well. They are fully aware communication about our child should be relayed to both parents. As far as the bright-wheel app is involved I am listed as “family” and her mother and grandmother are listed as parents which limits my access to the app. I have requested for this to be adjusted which has been ignored. Anyone with common sense should see the issue there and the daycare has failed to correct this as I have made them aware of my concern. It’s been over 5 months and there has still been no solution to this matter. I was told in October during a staff meeting they were having that this would be resolved by Gilbert who handles brightwheel. I have asked each time since then while picking up my daughter for a call from Cherelle, (the owner) which never happened. I have emailed. I have left voicemails, And this is concerning since my daughter attends this daycare. They should be very responsive with matters like these. But she called the mother of my daughter and discussed my concerns with her instead of calling me directly. Because I do not have full access to the app like I am suppose to I am not being notified of anything going on in daycare. My daughter was also hurt at daycare on a few occasions and we were not notified until the mother of my child picked her up from daycare. There was also a letter submitted to be used in court that could have potentially hurt my case for custody, thankfully the commissioner could see through the lies and when I brought that to the owners attention while on a phone call she stated “I’ll speak with her” (the employee) after stating to me any type of letter like that being requested should have gone through her, which this did not. There are also no notes/observations on bright-wheel supporting the statements that were made in the “letter”. I am leaving this review to say if you are coparenting and don’t quite get along with the other parent this is not the place to enroll your child because it can turn to a very bias situation."
"I love the staff! My son is learning something new every single day. He comes home and tells all about how much fun he has at his daycare. They are so flexible and work with you each and every day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a little help watching their kiddos. Its very clean and they cater to his needs so well. The play area is so cute and safe. They have a full kitchen so the kiddos always have food and snacks. Definitely need to check them out!"
