I’m talking about an employee that went above and beyond to assist me in completing my project Paris was just as committed to giving the very best Customer Service until the very end! Not only did he help me complete my project, He assisted me out the door with my things!! I am pretty new to this area and I am thoroughly impressed with the Level of Knowledge, Detail and Professionalism at this Pinole Location Staples!"

"I dropped of a print request on Wednesday and was told it would be ready Friday evening. I actually gave them an extra day and went in Saturday afternoon to pick up . My order could not be located either by the employee who took my order or the manager . They attempted to look through a disarray of paperwork through their work area but in the end they were not worried about finding it . I was told to bring the hard copy again for the print and they could work on it . No offer of a discount or even “we will do it as soon as possible “ No thanks . This where I usually do my print jobs but the service is getting worse as the years go on . The employee who took my order is more concerned with her snack drawer full of chips than helping customers ."

"Off the beaten track, this store never has a crowd. There's always an available and helpful employee and almost never a long line. They have a lot of printers so there's always one available. The shelves are always stocked, so I always find what I need. They also give a discount off your next purchase for returned empty ink cartridges, so I can save and feel good about recycling."
