"I would like to provide candid feedback about my experience working at this company, particularly in this location, in the hope that it may help potential candidates make informed decisions about joining. One notable aspect is the overall dissatisfaction among team members, especially within the Technical Team, particularly the DC operation, Automation, and Facility teams. There seems to be a prevalent issue of micromanagement, particularly with the VP of DC management and facility. Team members often feel a sense of scrutiny when making decisions or going about their daily tasks, and there is a tendency for everyone to go in different directions when the VP is present. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by a lack of professionalism, with complaints even when adhering to long working hours exceeding 13 hours per day, including weekends if requested. It's worth noting that the VP has been known to request such extended hours. Before considering a job opportunity with this company, especially if it involves direct collaboration with the mentioned management figure, I strongly advise seeking input from current employees. The consensus among the team is that the VP lacks technical knowledge but often dictates decisions that may not align with the company's financial interests. This has created an environment where employees find it challenging to work harmoniously, and there is a general reluctance to collaborate with this individual. In the interest of making well-informed decisions, I recommend reaching out to current employees for their insights before accepting any job offer with this company, especially if it involves working closely with the mentioned management figure."
