"Believe it or not, this is the most healthy brisket dish I ever had from a food truck. Upper Cut is located in the Sparks Social area near the Mission Bay Hospital area.  Free street parking is not possible... but there are paid lots everywhere in the area. Today I decided to get the Brisket Bowl, Full size. $25  You get sliced lean brisket with Grilled Veggies and steamed broccoli over a bed of brown rice. The brisket was smokey and tender.  I love the nuttiness of the brown rice,  The rice absorbs the flavors from the veggies,  The bowl is sweet and a bit of spicy from the jalapenos.  Not sure how it can be nutty, smokey, spicy and sweet at the same time.  The only thing I would have liked is a bit of fat, that I expect from brisket. The cost of the dish is a bit high for what you get."

"The guy who took my order was nice but the food??? Oof!! What a complete and utter disappointment! It looks good for an Instagram post but what a lie that post would be! The chicken slider was the most bland and dry piece of chicken I’ve ever had in my life. I was cat fished by the picture they have for a display. Kinda ruined my mood and made my opinion grumpy about the beef one I had after, it was okay, not great. Whoever has left a 5 or even a 4 star review on this place has absolutely no idea what decent food is. I feel bad for whoever spent all this money to get a business going and then allow this kind of food go out to customers. Never again"

"I was so excited about the wagyu patty slider but it didn’t really meet my expectations. The meat was overcooked. It lacked flavor. This slider was $4.5 but this food truck also serves fries and bowls and a $13 grilled cheese sandwich . But most people go for their sliders and fries."
