"I was given a groupon for my birthday for a microdermabrasion to this spa. It had to wait three weeks to get an appointment. Once I got to the office the staff members were friendly however once I got checked in and they found out I had a groupon I was immediately rushed to the back and rushed through my service. The esthetician half assed washed my face and half assed the microdermabrasion treatment while using rubber gloves. The whole service was completely rushed. She then ran out of the service because her phone was ringing and stated “ I’m sorry I need to take this, this is really important” she was gone 10 minutes out of my 30 minute service. I have never in my life had a facial this horrible and so rushed. You can tell she did not want to do the service and I felt completely uncomfortable during my service. I appreciate the Groupon as a gift but I do not recommend going here to anyone that’s trying to relax and enjoy their time getting pampered. It’s seems that the esthetician has too much going on at that moment to be worried about her treatment or her client (me) I literally walked into the facial room at 2:03 and was tossed out at 2:30."
