"We used them for our wedding and while they currently don’t offer a delivery service the staff there are so kind and thoughtful. They really went above and beyond to help us with our issues. Very appreciative of them and would recommend for anyone looking for party supplies in that area. Plus they have an extensive inventory!"

"Do not recommend using them. Over priced and poor customer service! I rented 400 dollars with of chairs, tables, and linens. Was never told about the instructions for the linens. Allowed the linens to sit until the end of the party, put them in the crates and returned them the following day. Forgot two chairs, which I returned the next available day. Then I got a call about a linen that's was"damaged beyond repair" plus they charged me 60+ dollars for the missing chairs and linen. After a hassle of feeling with the owner and daughter, I was given to chance to clean the linen for a refund. (Chairs were returned and refunded). We took the linen home and cleaned it (spotless) work anime detergent, and returned it. Mind you that the owners daughter actually snared and practically laughed when I asked to clean it in order to avoid a 20 dollar charge on a 6 dollar linen after a 10 dollars rental fee and having paid 400 dollars in rental fee. Horrible customer service.... The only nice person was the young kid at the counter. Hope that helps."
