"Christina was not only so helpful and patient on the phone during my initial exploratory call but once I arrived in person for consult, she took her time to explain everything to me and made every effort to never make me feel pressured. In fact, I felt I was eager to do the IRL procedure but found it so comforting that she gave me many options to take a more cautious approach. My treatment took a week to heal and it was miraculous. As of today, its been a little over a week and I can't believe how my big dark, age spots have disappeared. The procedure was as painful as they explained it to be, which was not that painful, but it depends on the person. The healing process was super easy.
