"I am staying at the Viv and purchased a stay with breakfast for two in advance, which costs $45 per night. First of all, the options for breakfast are extremely limited. I had breakfast by myself as my husband attended a conference most days and didn’t have time for breakfast. I used the vouchers I received and basically threw away one entree and one drink each day I ate alone. They still tried to charge me for a few things that were added to my eggs (spinach, onions mushroom and cheese) even though I had the right to have two entrees but only always ordered one. The one day my husband had breakfast with me and we got two breakfast items we were treated like beggars who came to the restaurant. Service was awful…everything that should come to your table (like butter and jam for toast, ketchup for potatoes we had to ask for and jam was never brought out). I mean, I wasn’t eating for free, I paid for this before I even got here. The staff including the lady at the front stand is incredibly unfriendly and looks like they don’t want to be here. Definitely not paying the extra $45 for breakfast next time. I could have had better breakfast and better service anywhere else for less than $45."

"Marcus was awesome! Came for breakfast and breakfast was decent. The potatoes were the highlight. Cooked with lots of spice, not bland at all!! Marcus made the experience great. Very attentive and nice and happy, and he gifted my dad with a sample of the duck because they sold out of the steak. Very nice! Thank you Marcus!!!!! Came back for dinner, not as yummy and the server seems miserable and bored. As a server myself, I know not to share my own personal experience with my customers. But that’s okay, our breakfast experience was awesome. Maybe just come for breakfast and ask for Marcus!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by Valencia’s. The service was good, and the Tacos were delicious. Sure the prices may be a bit higher than expected but the portion size was fairly generous. If you’re staying at the Viv don’t feel like you need to go somewhere else to eat cause this place is convenient and great!"
