"The drinks were great, like amazing. We had a sesame cocktail that has enough depth it would implode your average submersible. The service was exceptional as well. Prompt, nice and caring, perfect service. Atmosphere is intimate but well lit. Fun and hip but not too loud. It was perfect for us. The one place they lost us was the entrees, the chicken entree was lackluster and could have been better with a dominant flavorful sauce. The burger was disappointing, super simple and lacking that bang for $28."

"If you haven't experienced Gigi's please do yourself the favor. Beautiful decor and atmosphere all throughout. Servers are very attentive and charming. Food selection is excellent and so are the prices. Make sure to not skip on the desserts trust me!!!"

"A great restaurant, although quite tight for spacing. We reserved a table for two but there was a large party beside us in which they put chairs on the ends and had we sat down at the table, the persons back would literally be at our table. We opted for the bar instead. The drinks were fantastic. Gigi’s Vesper was strong and tasty. The oysters were kushi from BC so no complaints there and the bread and butter was fresh and very good. The mains were a little average. The steak frites was alright but the meat was average. The squash gnocchi was also good but nothing to die for. Great service and all in all nice place. A solid 4 stars and would recommend."

"Tonight was my first time having dinner here and it was a very pleasant experience. There are some very questionable recent reviews by what look like bots so I’m not sure what’s going on with that story but I can attest that I am indeed not a bot and everyone at our table had a good experience. Our server Kelsey did a great job as well. The inside is really well done with beautiful wall paper and the whole restaurant is built around the open, square bar. There is also seating outside in the front and on the side. It would certainly classify as a classy California French style bistro in my opinion. It’s also south of the busy part of Hollywood so parking here is a lot easier than it would be a few blocks North. I started off with the Steak Tartare and it was great. A very healthy sized portion of meat and also a large side of bread. It was actually more filling than I am used to with this dish and I would certainly recommend it. For my entrée I chose the Halibut and I was pleasantly surprised with how bright and delicious it was. For dessert we chose the beignets which were not quite as good as the other dishes, I would say 4 out of 5. They weren’t as moist as I like them. Some of the best I’ve had in SoCal are still at Disneyland weirdly enough. Overall a great meal in a classy location. I would recommend to any fan of French cuisine. Doesn’t seem like a business sort of place, rather a place for a date or dinner with friends or family."
