"They have a very good an smooth tequila at this spot. Bandero tequila very good and the price is good too! Next time you go to Estrella ask them for the Bandero. Try it out!!"
"So nice and helpful with my Western Union search. And I’ll be back for one of their cool looking"
"I bought carne asada meat here before when it was still called Elwin Liquor. I returned thinking the price and quality would be comparable. With the current inflation I figured a couple of dollars more. So I ordered the Machaca plate for $13. The lady said it came with arroz y frijoles. So I said ok. I when I paid for it, the bag felt light. Even the $10 Machaca burrito from Pepe’s felt heftier than this. When I got home I was truly saddened by what I saw. It was scrambled eggs mixed mostly with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and a few pieces of beef. It was flavorless and did not even fill the side of container it was placed in. The rice was pale and bland. The beans were ok. There were 4 pcs. of hot corn tortillas so I made myself tacos with the machaca (?) and beans. The green salsa that came with it was blah. They also had a small container of guacamole but by this time I did not want to waste anymore calories. I also got two bags of chips that it amounted to $19+ tax included. But even then they did not waive the 0.59 cent transaction fee. They have adequate parking on the street as well as in the back. Sadly I have to cross this off my list."
