"I have yet to actually have an experience at this place (or personally know someone that has) but they are impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been calling for 3 days straight (during business hours) for a question about a gift certificate and they won’t answer any of my phone calls. I also live out of state so I’m not able to physically visit the spa."

The spa itself is tucked away on a quiet and unassuming residential area in Fremont. We arrived for our appointments, and my friend and I were ushered into different areas to begin our treatments. I started with the warm foot soak, and they were kind enough to offer me tea and cookies while I sat there. My massage followed with Carol, which was nice and relaxing. My facial was last, and the aesthetician was very helpful in offering me advice on how to best take care of my skin. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to others."
