"From the first phone call I made to the time we picked up our mattress, the customer service experience was exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with Maria in the warehouse. She had a customer but acknowledged me right away and worked with both of us as we tried various mattresses. She was patient, professional and courteous. I was pleased. I also spoke with Maria’s sister on the phone but her name has escaped me. She was so sweet. Then there’s Tim. He came out to measure for a perfect sized mattress in our RV. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. He was professional, so pleasant and answered my numerous questions. My mattress was created with love in rapid time! I was told 2 weeks and it was ready in just one week. One of the owners, Pablo, offered me a bedding package at 75% off sheet set, mattress cover and 2 memory foam pillows. The sheets are super soft & cozy, and I love them. My ONLY disappointment was the pillows weren’t what I expected. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them but they don’t work for me. I just expected them to be soft & fluffy like the one I tried in the warehouse which was amazing!! Will purchase one of those at a later date. Pablo greeted me upon pickup of mattress with a huge smile and warm handshake. He was very friendly, and we had a nice chat. Jordan helped with tying down mattress along with another gentleman whose name has escaped me. They, too, were very friendly. Never before have I experienced such incredible customer service from the top down such as Mattress Makers!! Oh, and I wanted to wait on their review until I had a few nights on my mattress. It’s exactly what I needed, firm yet soft on top. I haven’t slept this well for a few years now. This is my 4th bed in 3 years, and this one is here to stay. I am a forever customer and HIGHLY recommend this place for your mattress, bed and bedding needs. It’s also family-owned & operated which is a plus. Thank you to the family and others I encountered who met me with with such warmth."

She listened to our needs, scanned for our pressure points and paired us with the best mattress to suit our needs. "I purchased 2 wonderful mechanical beds and latex mattresses from Euro-Flex/Mattress Makers at least two years ago. The twin bed was my now 99 yr old Mom's in Assisted Living Care; overnight I had to move it to my home in order for a hospital bed to be delivered for her increasing care. The mover that said they had experience moving mechanical beds was terrible, it ended up in the middle of my living room for Christmas, frozen in the upright position of the back, unable to be moved through the hall to the bedroom. I called Mattress Makers in a panic, they sent 3 guys to trouble shoot the frozen mechanism which they did very quickly, then they moved it into the bedroom for me! They were very nice guys, efficient and effective and my heroes for today. Also, the company did not charge me anything for this very special customer service. I absolutely love my beds and now can't say enough about their excellent customer service."

"Best experience buying a mattress! Maria was wonderful! We tried all the different mattress. I like mine firm and my husband soft. So she showed us how we can achieve that. We really liked that this is a family owned business. With all the big companies out there and so many mattress being mass produced, it was nice to be able to touch, feel, try out and have things explained to you in person. We even had our pillows made right there and then. We didn't bring enough quarters for he meter but they had some to spare. There was water to keep us hydrated and coffee if you'd like. We got the mattress, sheets, protector, pillows and the bed frame. We can't wait to get out new bed and mattress!"
