"A few months ago I inquired about their services and spoke directly to someone named John. To my surprise, he was NOT helpful but more SARCASTIC answering my questions and it was my first time inquiring about getting upholstery services.. I was apalled snd felt belittled by his attitude, and for that reason, I will NOT give them my business. I'm quite surprised they are rated a 5 star business. Very disappointing and unprofessional."
