"Hi. My name is Natalya, and I'm extremely disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated. I had a very pleasant and friendly phone conversation with Valerie this past Monday (10/9). We discussed my current skincare regimen, any skin concerns, and possible treatment routes. She told me I could reach out to her to schedule my appointment, so I texted her the next morning (10/10). Unfortunately, all my texts sent in green, and my calls automatically went to voicemail. This all suggests that she blocked me, and I honestly do not understand what I did.
