"I think there is always going to be an air of favoritism at any job that you work at but the amount of gossip I experienced, while working at this company, was overwhelming. All administrative staff are overworked(small company vibes); while I think this company does it's best to offer benefits, for the size that it is, you can quickly outgrow your position here. I was extremely underqualified for a purchasing position, received no training, and was yelled at on occasion. The accounting staff was out of control. Since leaving, I have not been yelled at by my current manager and I am pleased that my experience with Quickbooks got my foot in the door at a company that fits my needs. I left DRC a little over two years ago(2021). I had worked at DRC for two years before calling it quits. Please note that management could have grown in the past two years."

"Be extremely careful when buying anything from this store always use your american express or visa for protection! I bought a desk which i loved ,the color came completely different all i wanted was for an exchange Muguet said that once I bought it thats it i called the company itself and they wouldn't deal with me at all because Muguet the employee here at DR said it is what it is and the designer I bought the desk from was on the company side. I even had a professional stainer come look at the desk she didn't want to touch it because it would have ruined the look of the desk. The stainer even called the store and spoke with Muguet about the color and the difference . This took at least 5-6 months with a whole lot of stress when all I wanted was an exchange. Bottom line is if I bought this desk with my credit card and not pay my designer cash i would have stopped payment on my american express immediately horrible customer service be careful!!"
