"Normally I go to a different Sally's, but this was near other stores on my errands list. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to where I needed to go. I spent way too long deliberating my options, but the ladies working were so sweet checking in and offering to help, but not in an overwhelming way. Alex, I think was her name, was super helpful. I settled on semi-permanent colors and am thrilled with the results."

Mr_ Foxx:

"Wouldn't physically show me where the product was, just pointed down a far isle and asked if I saw it at all when I needed help finding it. Customer service is horrible and they just chat with each other not paying attention to the customer and I got "huh?" Multiple times because they were too busy chatting. The location on sunrise is a lot better and I would recommend going there instead of this location."

"I used to go to Sally Beauty on Howe and hated the parking lot with it's way too tiny spots and the small size of the store and aisles. Also,a lot of time it was poorly stocked. This one is so much nicer with wider aisles and more stock. Glad I discovered it."
