The second time I was given a defective dresser (crooked cut at the base) and Barn made little effort to help replace the poor construction. I have rarely had a challenge ordering from the US and in fact have always found excellent customer service. When I emailed this photo to them, one of the employees stated it looks like a good cut and the other on the line said oh I can see what you mean. I know this is not Stickley but Ikea cuts better than this"
