"The last few times I've been Ive seen Alex who is amazing and gives the most relaxing lymph massages ever, she is so thoughtful and intentional about her work, it brings a lot of healing to me on so many levels. This last time she was unavailable so Deidre was my therapist. The massage I got from Deidre was wildly effective! She was able to see and show me crystals that came out of my skin, educated me on bacteria in the body and how the body handles with getting excess bacteria out and she showed me how some of the crystals had black spots meaning bacteria! She even pulled out a black small strand of bacteria that came from my lymph. Deidre has a science background and was a wealth of information that I found fascinating and helpful on my healing journey. The drainage that I got from that massage was the most thus far, super cool to see! This was the second massage in a row (one each week) so I'm excited to see how my body drains the next week too!"
