"Where do I start! we wanted to place a large order for our patio at our home in AZ but were hesitant to do so for being so expensive. We decided to order 2 cushions from this company to see how they come out before placing our large order. The reason we chose cushionkings was mainly their low prices. My husband opened the plastic wrap package that they came in and quickly learned why the are so "CHEAP". A few years ago we ordered outdoor cushions that were higher priced but very well made. I included photos to show their very poor quality cushions. 1) Cushions came different color ties and not the color of the cushions. Never seen anything like this before. One of the ties even had large gash like it was cut. 2) It seems as the sewing was off center or something and zipper is completely sewn crooked. 3) Sides of the cushions look as they don't have a fill since they are very wrinkled and also poorly sewn. 4) The inside foam looks like it was dirty or old with some sort of yellowish stain (see photos). And they were two pieces stuck together. 5) my husband also noticed these cushions did not have any 'law tags' I believe they're called. We live in CA and also have a home in AZ. He is very sure that no tags mean something is not right. So we decided not to even bother returning or contacting them as this clearly proves they are not about quality. Offering a long term warranty means nothing when they put out junk like this."
