"I bought a memory foam twin mattress that was nice and soft for $200. However, it was way too small to put in my son's twin bed. When I called to let them know, they informed me maybe the bed I had needed an extra long twin mattress. However, that one measured 80in long but I needed 78. They put it on special order. I picked up the new one and it wasn't as soft. When I called to let the owner know, he said the other one had 3 layers of foam, however the one the made on special order for me had just 2 layers. I paid $100 to have the special one made. It was supposed to be made the same as the other one, nice and soft. Now they tell me no other mattress is the same as the other one and that they have a big sign where it says no return nor exchanges. $100 was paid to have a mattress made to my expectations and they didn't. They will bring down the stars for you as new customer, but once you have an issue like this and they will mistreat you all together"
