"Have been trying to cancel my account since last year and they just keep charging me. Management does not care about you or helping you at all they just want to keep taking your money forever. I thought a membership would be good for my stress and self care but it has done nothing but make me anxious, upset, and exhausted. Months of emailing, calling, texting the front office just to get another form sent off to management who refuses to assist me. If you are okay with getting robbed, ignored, and lied to then sign up otherwise steer clear of this company/branch."
