"Employees are borderline rude ALL the time, the store is pretty messy and the coffee is never fresh"

"9am On Monday 2rd ,The guy who was on duty was rude.I regretted walking in this 7 eleven.He shld at least learn good customer service .It pissed me off coz he was also playing on his phone while serving me."

"This particular 711 is more expensive than others for the same exact items as other 7elevens in the area.. Make sure you watch prices when they ring you up because they often try to charge you more for something or ring up the most expensive item multiple times instead of ringing up items individually. Also check your change when paying in cash seems like they purposefully try short change and nickel & dime and charge more at this 7eleven. FYI-The gas station a block up 5th, the Shell on 5th and the other convenience store on 5th are all cheaper and honor their specials and pricing.."

"The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shells are always full and they have plenty of chips snacks ice cream and warm food."

"This is my local 7eleven and been going for years…the past few have been going downhill. The store is always half empty and dirty now, i don’t even bother stopping unless i have to, the gas station down the street is much better so they have my business for quick snack runs now. What made me write this review is the guy at the register thought my ID wasnt me. I took the license picture two years ago and ya i was wearing a hat but no way i look like a different person. The guy seriously tried to question me til i showed the name on my credit card. This place is just awful in every way especially customer service and my expectations are in line with a 7-11 you just gotta get your stuff and get out and they should say thanks come again. Simple but they cant get that right i guess. And reading these other review i dont doubt theyre stealing on cash transactions. I also double check the scanner isnt messed with cause that would not suprise me if they were skimming card numbers. Corporate gotta do something"
