"Troy is wonderful, absolutely the best Chiropractor my husband and I have ever been to. We always leave the office feeling well and healthy."
"A friend suggested Troy, so I made an appointment for my disabled son. I was surprised when we visited, since I got a call immediately just past our appointment time to ask why we were late (we were taking a bit to get inside from the parking lot since my son just had surgery, and it was only a few minutes after our time. No one offered to come assist us). Once we got inside, we were barely greeted and waited for 40 minutes, although Dr. smith was alone in the treatment room. My son has a serious condition in which sitting for a long time is very painful, and we still had a car ride home. He had to stand up repeatedly during this 40 minutes. I tried to make friendly small talk with the receptionist, received a few very short answers, and we sat in total silence the entire 40 minutes, before Dr. smith sauntered out of treatment room and finally took my son in. Other patients who walked in while we were waiting were greeted with excited “hellos” and even got hugs and conversation from the receptionist. My son’s back seemed worse afterward. We paid a huge amount of money for this strange and inconsiderate experience, and more attention seemed to be put into coming back and paying for future “treatments” than basic human consideration or attention to our basic human needs. I’ll never be back. Is it because my son had a disability? I can’t help but wonder why we were treated this way."
"I started to see Troy for back and sciatic problems in late February. I was having problems walking, sitting and even tying my shoes. Troy is an amazing practitioner . He is really good about identifying the specific source of your complaint even when you have difficulty trying to explain the general area of the pain. He really works magic. Troy is also an excellent teacher and explains to his patients the benefits of certain exercises with allot of patience. He is also genuinely happy when he sees your improvement. And lastly Troy really listens to you and makes you feel safe in his care."
"I have been going to Dr. Smith for several years and am appreciative of his approach. Always asks if a certain treatment or type of adjustment is OK to try, and he is gentle. I like that he incorporates various treatments/modalities, not just physical adjustments (or "cracking" as some call it) and chooses treatment based on the symptoms presented. Good care for all sorts of issues (knees, feet, neck, hips), not just your back. His staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable too."
"After we moved here a friend recommended Dr Smith to me and I am so glad she did!!! He is an excellent chiropractor! My husband, who would NEVER go to a chiropractor, was suffering with his shoulder for a long time. Finally he acquiesced to seeing Dr Smith. Troy has made a believer out of my husband!!!! It is truly a miracle on two accounts: his shoulder is improving hugely and he actually wants to go to a chiropractor!!!! Dr Smith endeared himself to my husband by being willing to try different ways of adjusting him so that he was more relaxed, not scared and resistant. Dr Troy has a trained massage assistant that works on your muscles prior to his adjustment. I have never had this level of care and concern with regards to any chiropractor I have ever seen. He also will personally call to see how you are doing and once when he had a fever he personally called to tell us so that we could reschedule our appointments. He is gentle, kind and genuinely listens. We can not recommend him highly enough!"
