"I was in so much pain that I couldn’t get myself out of bed or even put on my shoes. I went into Core Care & got in with Dr. Williams & I’m so glad I did. My neck, shoulders & traps were so jammed up, I knew it was going to be a process. She was patient & mindful not to push my body to adjust when it wasn’t ready. One of the things I most appreciated was her technique with soft tissue massage. I’ve had chiropractors do trigger point work before but it never truly helped to get at the root like it did with her. I appreciated her willingness to try different things, but mostly her capacity to truly listen to me throughout each visit & respond accordingly with the best treatment for ME in that moment. She’s new to the practice, but don’t let that stop you from booking an appointment with her. She took my pain level from a 10+ down to a zero in less than a month. "I've been seeing Dr. Diaso regularly for a few years now, better, more personalized chiropractic care I've received at a far fairer price than DOZENS of others! Dr. Williams recently started offering her care at this office, and she is absolutely wonderful, takes a much different approach than Dr. D and the combination of the care is wonderful! Recently I've been seeing Dr. Williams more frequently and my chronic symptoms at the very least are staying at bay, if not improving after most treatments! Very happy to have such a caring personalized office 5 minutes from home! Highly recommend (even if you don't live in Cambria, they're better!)
