"I had paid over $500 for a custom-made cushion, and went back to have a couple small pillows made from the leftover fabric. First off, even though I had an appointment, I waited 45 minutes. Two small pillows were over $180 (doesn’t include fabric). You have to sign all kinds of forms and pay ahead which I did. A couple weeks later they called and said they made a mistake and it would be $1.70 more. I could not believe they had the audacity to ask for that AFTER I had paid so much for the items they made. I will never use Calico again. While I don’t mind paying for quality, I will not pay for poor service."
