"We used to come here to purchase Japanese porcelain cups and today is our last purchase from this store. While browsing, two saleswomen were talking loudly (no greeting) and we were surprised with their unfriendly and sour attitude during check out. What a depressing store. What we purchased is not hard to find online and we will buy them from somewhere else."
"Rarely have I seen such an unfriendly saleswoman with such an overbearing attitude. still, they have some really sweet products."
"Absolutely breathtaking assortment of gifts and home goods. Love the selection and the friendly staff!"
"I was exceptionally delighted with my experience with Acacia (San Francisco). I had been tracking down certain hand-made mugs by Slow Studio and I learned that Acacia carried them. I ordered a dozen mugs to be shipped across country. They arrived within a few days and were extremely well packed (and the shipping cost was VERY reasonable!). Their customer service via email was terrific -- both before the purchase and after when I had questions about the care of these special mugs. Now I have twelve beautiful hand-made mugs in my cupboard; they each have a special personality and I love them so much. Thank you, Acacia!"
"Customer service is appallingly bad with one of main woman staff who has snobby attitude. There is no warm welcoming in small local shop. When she finished and handed me the bag, there is no thank you or bye whatever. Customer service can be a turn off and reason not to support this local business. Also all Item may be returned for only store credit or exchange. I would shop online elsewhere."
