"Very bad service. I've tried to shop there several times. The very few sales people were very slow, wandered aimlessly a lot and didn't seem to care about assisting customers. Also, the coating on the frying pans i was looking at had chips in the coating, all six of those on the shelf. Don't know how Macy's stays in business. It's Macy's, I expected better and so much more from them. Too bad, i love the dishes they carry but i wont go back."
