"Cashier was rude and impolite. They have a restroom but when I asked to use the restroom AFTER BUYING GAS AND AN ENERGY DRINK, he said “No, the restroom ‘isn’t open yet’.”!!! So basically they have a restroom but they don’t even let customers use it. Do not go here!!!"

"I paid the cashier $6 for a prepaid gallon but no gas would come out of the pump. I paid for a second gallon and it still didn’t work. He kept insisting that the gas came out even though my gas gauge said otherwise. He said my gauge was broken, and if I had a problem, I can call the police. I got no refund. This place is a ripoff."

"I used to regularly support this business once, if not twice a day (of the 6 days a week I'm going to and from work). Never had an issue until recently. Walk in around 10:25-10:30 PM, and immediately start catching attitude from the old gentleman working the night shift (the same gentleman who told me they close at 11 PM, as does the hours listed). He said he was just about to close, and I apologise, being unaware. He gives me even more attitude. I know exactly what I'd like to purchase, try to make the transaction as quickly as possible. I ask politely what time they close. He mumbled what I'm assuming is "10:30-11 PM, depending on business," which I'm ok with. I'm not trying to make anyone's job harder than what it is, being as I worked customer service a few years myself. He said, in an unprofessional (borderline crybaby attitude) "I see you EVERY night..." slightly raising his voice. I give him a dollar over exact change. As he's handing me the dollar he overly exaggerates the "thank you" intending to display, again, how upset he is, and I was on my way.. not saying a word. It was probably the single most one-sided, ignorant, p**s-poor display of customer service I've ever experienced. I know plenty of people who would have done the job and done it right. Needless to say, I'm taking my business to 7-11 across the street from now on"
