"I As a tall, chronic pain, patient I have searched for so long to find a couch that fits a tall person. After wasting thousands of dollars on several recliners and zero gravity chairs I finally found comfortable seating and it’s the Colosseum for big and tall. The Colosseum couch supports for my head when I recline. We bought this couch in September 2023 and I sit in this couch many hours every day and it’s very comfortable. My sales representative was Zack and he was easy to work with and I recommend him."

"I bought some couches from 4 seating like a month ago. Two nights ago, when trying to recline one of the chairs, it stopped. I look under the chair and there was a loose cable. I tried to find where to connect it and couldn't. I spent my whole day calling customer service until they finally answered. They basically gave me the runaround. They wanted me to fix it. There was nothing to fix because i could not find the other extremes of the cables to reconnect. The mechanism came loose from inside. I had five people looking at it and there was nothing to connect. Not only I paid a lot of money for this and warranty but I strained my back after having had surgery months ago, trying to do what they were telling me to do like if it was just to plug a cable ,which was senseless. They said it was not covered under the warranty because I just had to connect the cables, and there was nothing to connect to. Very frustrating to deal with these people. After multiple times of calling them, they agreed at the end of the day to contact a technician to give me a call. Not sure if that will happen. They could not care less. They are just avoiding paying for repairing it. It will be Interesting to see what the owner has to say when he reads theses reviews. 06/15/2023: follow up. My persistence in having someone coming to fix my chair paid off, they were going to be coming 10 days from now, but they had an opening and they came yesterday to fix the chair. Obviously, the easy connection of the cable that Customer Service insisted that I would connect , was not the case. The cables connected to the switch have become loose probably because of poor assembly and came off on the first recline and the only way to put the cables back together, was to unscrew the area and find the loose cables or do what the technician did: rip of the dust paper cover, find the cables and reconnect them. That made the chair work again but now the dust cover of the bottom of the chair is all ripped . Richard from Customer Service said that they will be fixing and replacing that. we will see."

"WOW LITERALLY WOW! Simplicity in ordering, check! Fast shipping, ordered Saturday, shipped Monday, check! Great service overall, check! Shipping updates, was able to track from California to NJ. , check! Delivery appt. Timing, they called the same day it arrived at the trucking terminal on Friday for Monday delivery, check! Delivered safely, check! Huge boxes but the units come close to being together. Honestly the pictures don't give the furniture the justice it deserves! Enjoy!"

"My hubby and I purchased 10 of the Seatcraft Apex chairs through Joseph Y and we are quite pleased. Ordered 10/21, shipped 10/27 and arrived within the 1st week of November. The chairs are beautiful. One, however, did have a missing tray table. I notified Joseph and he was quick to be sure it was sent out to us. Set is now complete. Wonderful customer service!
